East Pattaya is a very popular location for Ex-Pat housing with a wide range of house prices from 2,000,000 THB to houses priced at millions of Dollars.
East Pattaya has always been popular with Ex-Pats and Thais alike as it is out-of-town but close enough to drive in for the beaches, shopping and entertainment.
East Pattaya is generally a 15-25 minute drive from central Pattaya and offers good access to the international schools and industrial zones.
The new highway extensions will make travelling to schools, the industrial zones and the airports far more convenient.
